Refund Policy

Paddle is the merchant of record for paid Trunchbull subscriptions. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Your checkout and receipt identify the Paddle entity responsible for your transaction.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the hosted billing portal available from your Trunchbull account. Unless your checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain paid-plan access until then and will not be charged for the next period.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund charges that have already been paid.

Except where required by law or stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Paddle may approve refunds where required by consumer law or under its buyer refund policy, including in appropriate cases involving duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or a material failure to provide the purchased service.

Any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights available where you live continue to apply and are not limited by this policy.

Use the support or “manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or emailsupport@trunchbull.dev. Include the email address used for purchase, the transaction or receipt number, the charge date, and the reason for your request. Do not send complete card details.

Paddle makes the final decision and returns approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-network processing times may delay when funds appear in your account.

When a subscription is refunded, reversed, disputed, or otherwise no longer active, paid-plan access and unused paid allowances may end. Usage already consumed is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
